Villa Athina - Potistika Pilion Apartments

·We have ensured that the apartments  are suitable for both summer and winter with air-conditioning and under floor heating. The insulation ensures that noise does not travel between the apartments. There is satellite television, CD and radio and Wi-Fi. In the kitchen there is a 2 ring ceramic hob with hood and separate table top oven. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, a food processor is available on request. Bath/showeroom are fully equipped. And in colder weather additional heating and a heated towel rail is provided. The toilet is of German standard. Smoking is not permitted.

Linen :Clean towels are provided every 4 days and bedlinen and cleaning once a week. Electricity, water, rubbish disposal and final cleaning are all included in the price.

Elara studio is reached via a short flight of steps and has a large roofed balcony with railings and o spectacular view of the sea. Elara is a big (35 m²) light and airy studio suitable for 2/3 adults, it has a well equipped kitchen area, a living area with sofa bed and a double bed.

Ida studio is suitable for 2 adults and is also on the ground floor (25 m²) with very well equipped kitchen area, living area and a double bed. It also has marvellous sea views from the roofed and railed balcony.

A 35 m², 2 room ground floor apartment with roofed and railed balcony again with fantastic views of the sea. There is a studio room with double bed and living area and a separate well equipped kitchen with a sofa bed.The apartment also has a big shady patio suitable for families and of course with sea view.

Xanthe is a large studio on the first floor reached by a flight of steps. There are 12 windows and large glass doors leading to the roofed balcony with wonderful panoramic views. This one room apartment has a well equipped kitchen area, bathroom, a living area with sofa bed and a double bed. It is suitable 2/3 adults.

Galathea is approx.40 m² 2 room apartment on the first floor, sleeps 2/3. It has a separate bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom and living area with sofa bed. It is an absolutely beautiful apartment with many windows and a glass balcony door leading to the balcony on the north side of the apartment. This gives stunning views across the Aegean. The apartment has a separate entrance with a flight of steps.
